No part of the perimeters of the activity, including camping areas, shall be located within one mile of a Class I or Class II reservoir, as classified by the Sanitary Engineering Division of the North Carolina Division of Health Services, or within three miles of a protected watershed which drains into an A-1 stream, as classified by the North Carolina Department of Natural and Economic Resources, and which stream is used as a source of public water supply.
