§ 154.003-01 TERMS DEFINED.

For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. All words not defined below shall be defined by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 2017. If the word cannot be found in the NAICS, the standard edition of the Webster's Dictionary shall be used.
