§ 90.116 RABIES VACCINATION TAGS.
   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this chapter for the owner of any dog to cause or permit the same to fail to wear at all times a valid rabies vaccination tag as required under the provisions of G.S. § 130A-190. Pursuant to the authority of G.S. § 130A-190(a), this section shall apply only to dogs and shall not apply to cats or ferrets.
