The owner of an animal impounded under this subchapter may redeem the animal and regain possession thereof at any time during normal business hours within 72 business hours after notice of impoundment is given, by complying with all applicable provisions of this chapter and paying such redemption fee and daily boarding fee as may be established by the County.
