§ 90.015 ANIMAL CONTROL PROGRAM.

The Animal Control Program of Surry County, hereinafter referred to as the Animal Control Program, is composed of the Health Director, and such employees as shall be determined by the Health Director, utilizing the Surry County Personnel Ordinance for hiring, and the North Carolina Office of Human Resources for qualifying all applicants and potential employees.
