§ 155.17 CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES AND STATUTES.

Whenever the provisions of this chapter conflict with other ordinances of Surry County, this chapter shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any federal or state statute require more restrictive provisions than are required by this chapter, the provisions of such statute shall govern.
