§ 115.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 115.25 through 115.27 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $50 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
