§ 114.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine not to exceed $500 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days. Enforcement of this chapter shall be pursuant to G.S. §§ 14-4 and 153A-123. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
