(A) It shall be the duty of the franchise holder to assure the provisions of this chapter are adhered to at all times.
(B) (1) Violation of § 112.02 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $700. Each day of continuing violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) The County Manager for Surry County is hereby empowered to seek a court order to enjoin the violation of § 112.02 of this chapter.
