Franchise applicants are required to submit the name of the physician providing medical direction for their service. This physician shall meet the minimum requirements outlined in the NCCEP recommendations for medical directors. A letter with the original signature of the medical director shall be submitted to the Board upon application for franchise as well as documentation of an in force medical malpractice insurance policy.
