§ 154.018-03 AUTHORITY AND ENACTMENT.
   In pursuance of the authority conferred by G.S. Ch. 113A, Art. 14 and G.S. § 160D-924, the Board of Commissioners of the County of Surry, North Carolina, hereby ordains and enacts into law these sections.
