§ 154.015-07 ENCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   In the Residential and Rural Agricultural Districts, all outdoor storage of governmental, commercial, industrial, or utility inventory or equipment, or any other use which may represent a public hazard, must be enclosed with a fence or wall at least eight feet in height.
   (B)   In commercial and industrial districts all outdoor storage related to business, servicing and processing uses, except off-street parking and loading, shall be within completely enclosed buildings or enclosed on all sides by a wall or fence (including gates for ingress and egress) not less than eight feet in height. (See definition for outdoor storage in § 154.003-02.)
   (C)   These requirements may be increased for a special use as described in §§ 154.010; uses with special requirements as specified in § 154.008; uses as determined through the conditional zoning process; or by the Planning Board when it deems appropriate, based on the situation at the site in question and nearby properties.
