§ 154.012-04 DETAILED DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

A detailed development plan prepared by a registered surveyor, architect, landscape architect, draftsman or engineer is required when seeking a special use permit for wireless communication towers and manufactured home parks. Submittal requirements for detailed development plans are listed within the standards for wireless communication towers (§ 154.008(C)) and manufactured home parks (§§ 154.019).
