Pursuant to G.S. 160D-803, no final plat of a subdivision within the jurisdiction of Surf City, as established in Article II of this ordinance shall be recorded by the Register of Deeds of Pender County or Onslow County, whichever is applicable, until it has been approved by the town council as provided herein. To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall follow the procedures established in this section.
