Sec. 4-8. Cooking devices/open flames on beaches.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to carry or cause to be carried upon the public beaches or shores or quasipublic beaches or shores of the town a charcoal or wood cooking device. Portable gas grills with three hundred fifty (350) square inch or less cooking surface are permitted.
   (b)   Open flames are not permitted upon the public beaches or shores or quasipublic beaches or shores of the town.
