The following provisions shall apply upon the established bikeways of the town:
(1) Motorized vehicles are strictly prohibited on all bikeways. Emergency vehicles and those maintenance vehicles specifically authorized by the town manager are exempted.
(2) Blocking of a bikeway by any user is strictly prohibited.
(3) Littering is strictly prohibited.
(4) Pets are permitted upon bikeways; however they must be leashed at all times, and the owner or responsible party must remove all animal waste.
(5) The cutting or damaging of any tree or plant is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by the town manager.
(6) Horses and/or other equines are strictly prohibited on all bikeways.
