Sec. 17-63. Backing across sidewalk or into street in business district; lookout required.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to back or drive backward any motor vehicle across any sidewalk and into street traffic in any business district in the town, without first having some responsible person available to keep a lookout on or near such sidewalk or street and sufficiently near such motor vehicle as the same is crossing such sidewalk and into such street traffic to give warning to pedestrians and persons operating other motor vehicles.
