The seal of the town shall be of circular shape in the center is two dolphins and a curling wave. In the border over the center are the words "TOWN OF SURF CITY" and under the center in the border is the date "1949." The seal shall be the common seal of the town and the town clerk shall have custody of the seal and the seal shall be carefully preserved and kept at all times at the town hall.
