Sec. 10-142. Doing business without having obtained license, etc.

   Every person who shall engage in the business of a pawnbroker in the town without first having secured a license therefor, as required in section 10-141, or after such license shall have been declared forfeited shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each week such business shall be so continued shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
