No person shall perform massage and/or bodywork therapy or operate a business offering massage and/or bodywork therapy unless such person has:
(1) Obtained and maintained a current license from the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy for every person performing massage and/or bodywork therapy on the premises. All licenses shall be kept on clear display at the business location.
(2) Obtained a current privilege license to operate in the town, which shall require submission of state board licensure.
(3) Provided a certificate of insurance of professional liability insurance for the practice of massage and/or bodywork therapy.
