Sec. 10-55. Other applicable requirements.

   (a)   Both "sponsored" and "nonsponsored" circuses, carnivals, and amusement rides within the town shall comply with all other ordinances of the town applicable to them.

   (b)   The code enforcement officer can require any additional regulations he deems reasonable and appropriate for the protection of the health and safety of the public.
