11.4 Construction and use to be as stated on zoning permits.

   Zoning permits issued on the basis of plans and applications approved by the town planner authorize only the use, arrangements, and construction set forth in such approved plans and applications. Use, arrangements, or construction at variance with that authorized shall be deemed a violation of this ordinance and punishable as provided by section 13.3 herein.
