The town planner or designee may order the removal or maintenance of any sign that is not maintained in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. This includes any sign which is, in his judgment, unsightly, in bad manner (i.e. chipping paint, cracking, splitting or fading). The removal shall be at the expense of the owner or lessee.
