The town planner or his designee shall accept all applications, issue or deny all zoning permits, investigate all complaints, give notice of violations, and enforce the provisions of this ordinance. All violations of this ordinance shall be reported to the town planner who shall bring action to enforce the provisions of this ordinance (see sections 11 and 13).
Access. The town planner and his designee shall have access to premises and structures during reasonable hours for the purposes of inspection or other enforcement action, upon presentation of proper credentials; provided, however, that the appropriate consent has been given for inspection of areas not open to the public or that an appropriate inspection warrant has been secured.
