2.2   Jurisdiction.
   The provision of this ordinance shall apply to all structures, land, water, and air within the jurisdiction of Surf City, North Carolina. The jurisdiction shall include within the town limits and extraterritorial jurisdiction. Any modifications to the extent of the extraterritorial jurisdiction shall be processed in accordance with G.S 160D-202.
