The proper regulation of the use of certain structures, lands, and waters, only through the use of the zoning districts contained within this ordinance, is neither feasible nor adequate. Therefore, the following restrictions and supplemental district regulations, which shall be applied in addition to the district regulation, are necessary to accomplish the intent of this ordinance.
