(a) It is unlawful to vape, smoke cigarettes, cigars, and other forms of smokable tobacco in the areas between Public Beach Access #16 (300 N. Shore Dr) and Public Beach Access # 19 (200 S. Shore Dr.).
(b) No smoking/vaping will be permitted on any public beach accesses or within twenty (20) feet of the public beach access on the street side.
