This subchapter shall not require or permit a transfer of water source or any other act that violates the 2007 Agreement for Wholesale Water Service Between the City of Austin and the City of Sunset Valley, as amended from time to time; provided, however, that, it is recognized and understood that none of the provisions in the agreement require, or shall be interpreted to require, a change to any source of water in any water supply area without a water source transfer petition.
