§ 38.02 NOT TO EXCUSE NONCOMPLIANCE WITH OTHER MEASURES.

Nothing in this chapter excuses noncompliance with any state or federal law or any other applicable ordinance of the city, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, which prohibits smoking.
