(A) The City of Sunset Valley desires to promote awareness and participation in various water conservation and other environmental resource programs for its residents who are eligible to participate.
(B) The City of Sunset Valley residents may be able to receive rebates on toilets, washing machines, tankless water heaters and several other items as more fully set out below. To be eligible for such rebates, City of Sunset Valley customers must, at a minimum:
(1) Applicant must be a resident of Sunset Valley;
(2) Complete the application from the city;
(3) Attach photos of receipts;
(4) Only one rebate per household per year;
(5) Follow the individual rebate program hyperlinks for individual additional requirements; and
(6) Submit the rebate application within 30 days of purchase.
