§ 31.15 ESTABLISHING STANDING COMMITTEES.
   (A)   The following standing committees shall be established:
      (1)   Public Safety;
      (2)   Budget and Finance;
      (3)   Public Works;
      (4)   Planning and Environmental; and
      (5)   Community and Economic Development.
   (B)   A member of the city staff will be assigned to assist each of the standing committees.
