(A) Each outdoor light fixture, including security lighting, shall be located, aimed and shielded so that all direct illumination from it is confined to areas within the boundaries of the real property on which the light fixture is located.
(B) The direct source of illumination (bulb) from an outdoor light fixture located within 50 feet of the public right-of-way, or located on the side or rear of a structure at any distance facing toward adjoining properties, shall not be visible from any boundary of the real property on which the fixture is located. For single-family residences located on Sunflower Trail, the direct source of illumination (bulb) from an outdoor light fixture located within 20 feet of the public right-of-way, or located on the side or rear of structures at any distance facing toward adjoining properties, shall not be visible from any boundary of the real property on which the fixture is located.
