§ 37.15 RECEIVER OF SEIZED AND ABANDONED PROPERTY.
   The Police Chief is hereby designated as the person to receive and dispose of abandoned property or property seized by peace officers of the city, in compliance with Tex. Code of Criminal Procedure § 18.17.
