§ 37.04 DESTRUCTION OR DONATION OF SURPLUS, SALVAGE OR DATA PROCESSING PROPERTY.

If the city cannot otherwise sell or dispose of the property in accordance with § 37.02, or the Council has determined that the property has no resale value, it may be:

(A) Destroyed as worthless; or

(B) Donated to an organization that would benefit from the property.
