§ 32.24 RECOVERY OF COSTS.
   In addition to other costs authorized by law, the city is entitled to recover the following costs and expenses in a suit to collect a delinquent tax:
   (A)   All usual court costs, including the cost of serving process;
   (B)   Expense of foreclosure sale;
   (C)   Reasonable expenses, subject to Court approval, incurred by the city in determining the name, identity and location of necessary parties and in procuring necessary legal descriptions of the property on which a delinquent tax is due; and
   (D)   Reasonable attorney fees approved by the Court, not to exceed 15% of the total amount of taxes, interest and penalty adjudged due.
