SCHEDULE VI. THROUGH-TRAFFIC PROHIBITED IN ALLEYS.
   (A)   As used in this Schedule VI, the term ALLEY refers to either Alley 1 or Alley 2 as shown on the final subdivision plat for the Villas at Sunset Valley Homestead, each bounded on either end by Sunflower Trail in the city.
   (B)   As used in this Schedule VI, the term THROUGH-TRAFFIC means traversing the entire length of an alley in a motor vehicle without stopping to pick up or discharge a passenger or cargo.
   (C)   Through-traffic is prohibited on an alley.
   (D)   The Public Works Department of the city shall erect signs, in compliance with applicable law pertaining to traffic signage, on each of the alleys. Such signs shall be erected in a manner as to give notice to drivers of motor vehicles of the prohibition established by this Schedule VI.
   (E)   A person who violates the prohibition of through-traffic established by this Schedule VI on an alley shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor. A violation of the prohibition established by this Schedule VI is punishable by a fine of up to $500.
