§ 32.17 BUDGET OFFICER.
   The Mayor shall serve as the Budget Officer for the Council and shall timely prepare each year a budget to cover all proposed expenditures of the city for the succeeding fiscal year, in accordance with Tex. Loc. Gov’t Code Ch. 102.
