The registration provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any:
(A) Organization which solicits funds solely from its own members or from its own assemblies, not using public streets or public places for such purposes;
(B) Individuals or organizations making solicitations for religious or non-profit charitable endeavors that do not include any verbal or written request for contributions of money or other property.
