(A) If, after issuance of a registration certificate, it is determined that the applicant has knowingly given false or misleading information on his or her application, any registration certificate issued upon his or her application shall be revoked, and no further solicitation pursuant to such registration certificate shall be permitted.
(B) If a solicitor who has been issued a registration certificate is convicted of theft or fraud or of a violation of any state penal law in connection with the solicitation for which the registration certificate was issued, the solicitor's registration certificate shall be deemed revoked and no further solicitation pursuant to such registration certificate shall be permitted.
(C) If a solicitor who has been issued a registration certificate pursuant to this chapter violates any provision of this chapter, the solicitor's registration certificate shall be revoked and no further solicitation pursuant to such registration certificate shall be permitted.
(D) Revocation of a registration certificate shall be effective when written notice thereof is provided to the address of either the individual solicitor or the address of any sponsoring company, entity, or person at the address listed in the application for registration submitted to the City Administrator, or delivered in person to the person subject to revocation.
