For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY. The City of Sunset Valley.
FIREWORKS. Any combustible or explosive composition, or any substance or combination of substances, or article or device prepared for the purpose of producing a visible or an audible effect by combustion, explosion, deflagration or detonation, and shall include without limitation blank cartridges, toy pistols, toy cannons, toy canes or toy guns, in which any such explosives are used, the type of unmanned balloons which require fire underneath to propel the same, firecrackers, lady fingers, torpedoes, skyrockets, Roman candles, dayglo bombs, sparklers or other devices containing any such explosive substance. The term FIREWORKS shall also include "special or Class B fireworks" and "common or Class C fireworks", as those terms are defined in Tex. Ins. Code § 5.43-4 § 1(2) and (3) (Vernon's 1991).
PERSON. Any individual or entity, including without limitation an owner, manager, officer, employee, occupant, partnership, unincorporated association or corporation.
SELL. Selling, offering to sell, exhibiting, or possessing with intent to sell or offer to sell any fireworks within the city.
USE. Purchasing, possessing, setting off or otherwise causing to explode or discharge or burn any fireworks or explosives of inflammable material within the city. This provision shall also mean and
include casting, throwing, lighting, or firing any fireworks or explosives of inflammable material into the city.
