§ 50.22 EVALUATION AND CONSIDERATION OF CHANGES TO THE SOURCE OF WATER FOR ANY WATER SUPPLY AREA.
   No provision of this chapter shall limit the City Council, any committee of the Council, or the City Public Works Director or other city employees from discussing and evaluating the planning, cost, benefits, and other factors related to a change in the source of water to any water supply area.
