§ 31.20 REPORTING TO COUNCIL.
   (A)   Committee reports will be made at a City Council meeting.
   (B)   Subjects and any supporting material must be given to the City Secretary not later than noon Thursday preceding the regular Council meetings. A joint quarterly meeting with the Council will be scheduled each quarter by the Chair and Liaison.
