§ 31.14 BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMITTEES; APPOINTMENT DISCLOSURE STATEMENT.
   Prior to appointment to any city board, commission, or committee, all applicants shall submit an application form as prescribed by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
