§ 110.03 LICENSE, REGISTRATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   Unlawful to operate without license. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a tow company and make non-consent tows in the city unless the person possesses all current, valid licenses and permits required by state law for the type of tow performed.
   (B)   Registration.
      (1)   All tow companies who perform non-consent tows in the city shall first submit a registration to the City Police Department on a form provided by the city. Provided that, the applicant remains in compliance with applicable state law, a registration shall remain valid for a period of two years. Registrants must comply with the regulations provided in §§ 110.20 through 110.23. A fee of $15 is payable for each registration.
      (2)   All registrants shall be required to provide a list of all authorized tow truck operators with driver’s license numbers on the registration. The list may be amended from time to time by the registrant without additional fee for the duration of the then pending registration.
