§ 95.09 PERMIT DENIAL, GROUNDS.
   A permit may be denied for:
   (A)   Any false statement on the application; or
   (B)   An applicant has failed to pay a service fee that is due, or has had a permit for an alarm system revoked and the violation causing the revocation has not been corrected.
