(A) The conditions set forth in division (B) below are hereby declared to constitute nuisances which create or tend to create a danger to the public health, safety or welfare or impair the environment of the city.
(B) It shall constitute a nuisance and it shall be unlawful for any person owning, claiming, occupying or having supervision or control of any real property, occupied or unoccupied, within the city to:
(1) Permit, allow or cause any sewage or wastewater to be disposed, stored, deposited or exposed on the property; or
(2) Permit, allow or cause the deposit of any solid waste in a watercourse on the property without a permit or in violation of permit terms.
