§ 30.06 QUORUM.
    A majority of all the voting Council Members elected to the Council shall constitute a quorum at any regular meeting of the Council. In the absence of a quorum, the Presiding Officer, may declare the meeting cancelled due to lack of quorum and reschedule or shall compel, at the instance of any two Council Members present, the attendance of the absent Council Member(s). At a called or special meeting or any meeting to consider taxes, two-thirds of Council constitutes a quorum.
