§ 93.37 DUMPING AND OTHER MATERIAL.
It shall be unlawful to dump solid waste on or near city streets, regulated private property, parks, parking lots, highways and rights-of-way; provided, however, that, a reasonable amount of decayable organic matter may be deposited on regulated private property by the owner or resident thereof for composting purposes. Special exceptions will be made for city-wide, city-sponsored environmental and landscaping projects. An example of this special exception would be the city’s chipping and shredding brush collection.
