(A) Before building permits shall be issued for construction, plans for the adequacy, location and accessibility of solid waste containerization and storage facilities must be approved by the city.
(B) To maintain the building permit, the contractor and/or owner of the affected property must maintain adequate solid waste storage and cleanup on a daily basis. Failure to keep the site free of solid waste and sewage or wastewater shall constitute a violation of this subchapter.
