§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this subchapter or shall fail to comply therewith or any of the requirements thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable for a fine, and upon conviction of any of violations shall be fined in a sum of not more than $500; and each day any such violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. Any person violating any provision of this subchapter relating to health safety, or sanitation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall be fined an amount not exceeding $1,000.
